Only two roles can be delegated in BlueSky: HCM Line Manager and HCM Department Manager. (Note: By default, each Line Manager is responsible for all manager level functions for their direct reports in BlueSky.)
When making new delegation decisions for BlueSky, keep in mind that delegation in BlueSky provides a broader scope of access to information and tasks than it did in PeopleSoft.
