The work group is charged to advise Academic Affairs on a competitive study of full-time (tenure-and term-line) faculty salaries at DePaul relative to our peer institutions. This study builds on the previous competitive study of tenure-line salaries, completed in 2020 has been expanded to include term faculty salaries in the assessment.

The group commenced meeting at the end of May 2023 and has been meeting monthly since then. To date, the work group has reviewed the prior salary study, analyzed and selected available data sources, and evaluated and updated the peer group of institutions that will be used in the study. The group will continue to meet monthly and expects to conclude its study by the end of the academic year.
