Thank you for joining us on Thursday, December 7, 2023, to discuss the Fiscal Year 2025 planning cycle and administrative unit strategic planning process. For those that were unable to attend the meeting, or would like a refresher on what was shared, we invite you to review our presentation and are available to meet individually upon request.
Over the next several months, each administrative unit has been tasked with developing two proposals:
- Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) Budget
- Fiscal Years 2025-29 Administrative Unit Strategic Plan
We ask that you work collaboratively with your staff to determine and set unit-level priorities that connect your work to Designing DePaul focus areas. The purpose of these conversations is to gather ideas and initiatives, both short and long-term, which can be incorporated into your FY25 budget plans and strategic planning scenarios for FY25 to FY29. We request that you use this template to document these sessions. Let us know if you would like us to help facilitate and document these conversations.
