I am happy to announce that the Office of Human Resources will be offering a variety of upcoming educational sessions. Topics have been selected based on the questions fielded in our department, past feedback we received, and overall trends in the marketplace.

- Compensation & Benefits @ DePaul, Wed, March 20 (1 hour virtual, faculty and staff). Members of the HR team will discuss the various processes and tools that the HR team uses to manage staff compensation effectively. We will also discuss the various benefits programs DePaul offers, benefits trends, and how to maximize usage of the plans. Register here.
- Career Coaching Workshop, Thurs, April 4 (all day on-site, staff only). This is an interactive on-site workshop that blends lecture and exercises. Led by DePaul’s HR Talent Acquisition team members, employees can learn the knowledge and skills that help employees to achieve their career goals. Topics such as networking, resume writing, interviewing and others will be covered. Registration information will be forthcoming.
- Financial Wellness (1 hour virtual, faculty and staff). These sessions will be moderated by a facilitator from ComPsych, our Employee Assistance Program vendor, and will focus on financial fitness and planning. Any of these sessions can be attended separately. Registration information will be forthcoming.
