On Thursday, May 9, the Office of Institutional Diversity and Equity hosted the second annual Grace Lee Boggs Heritage Breakfast. The event brought together DePaul faculty, staff, students and alumni to celebrate activists for social justice within the Asian/Asian Pacific Islander American community.
Each year, the program aims to educate participants about relevant contemporary issues that have an impact on the Asian/Asian Pacific Islander community and cultivate collaborative opportunities to serve as allies for social justice. Tuyet Le, a pan-Asian advocate, delivered this year's keynote presentation.
