    The Office of Student Involvement hosted the 2022 Midnight Breakfast, Tuesday, May 24th, 2022, in the DePaul Student Center on DePaul's Lincoln Park Campus. This year, the midnight breakfast was a farewell celebration for Dr. A. Gabriel Esteban and his wife Josephine. Students from across campus gathered for a midnight-inspired breakfast including pancakes, sausage, eggs, and tater tots. There were also activities such as neon bowling, live music, pop-up video game stations, and color pages for students to engage with.

About 450 community members received their first doses of the vaccine, some proudly taking selfies to share the news on social media.     More than 600 entrepreneurship conference leaders from across the world attended the 2018 Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Center Conference co-hosted by DePaul University’s Coleman Entrepreneurship Center and the Illinois Institute of Technology. The three-day conference explored a variety of entrepreneurship education topics through a packed schedule of workshops, panels and facilitated round-table discussion.

    On April 23, A. Gabriel Esteban, Ph.D., president of DePaul, and members of the university community celebrated the opening of DePaul's new Esports Gaming Center. Located in the lower concourse of the Loop Campus' DePaul Center, the gaming space is open to all students and contains 13 PCs, a variety of consoles and chairs to enhance comfort and physical capabilities. The center also will be used by DePaul's gaming teams for BIG EAST tournaments.
