For the third consecutive year, DePaul partnered with Chicago Ideas Week to encourage critical discussions and provide DePaul’s civic-minded faculty, staff and students an opportunity to connect with issues that are important to them.
On Oct. 14, DePaul hosted a sold-out Chicago Ideas Week lab - a unique behind-the-scenes experience - at Cinespace Chicago to showcase the exclusive programs the School of Cinematic Arts offers its students through the alliance with the film studio.
Later in the day, DePaul sponsored a thought-provoking conversation about border security and the ongoing refugee crisis at the stage program, “Are Borders Really the Problem?”
