On Aug. 17, the Consulate General of the Philippines in Chicago hosted a reception to welcome DePaul President A. Gabriel Esteban, Ph.D. and his wife, Josephine. Generoso D.G. Calonge, Consul General of the Philippines, and Dr. Esteban delivered remarks. The event provided an opportunity for the Estebans to meet members of the Filipino-American community in Chicago.
