Advisory Committee

The purpose of the Advisory Committee is to improve Campus Recreation programs, services, and facilities by involving campus constituents in the decision making process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the formulation and interpretation of policies
  • Serving as a sounding board for the professional staff
  • Bringing issues to the table
  • Serving as a liaison between the Campus Recreation staff and the DePaul community

The Advisory Committee is composed of a minimum of four students and two faculty/staff, including a Graduate Student Representative, a Staff Council representative, and at least three undergraduate student representatives. Additional groups targeted for representation include alumni, community, student government association, residence hall council, and other student organizations.
