Student Employees

Effective July 1, 2020, the university can no longer supplement the pay of individuals who cannot work their full schedules due to remote operations. For more information on this, please visit Newsline

If you are a student employee and your on-campus position has been affected, apply for a remote position on the Campus Job Board.

With some exceptions, DePaul expects all faculty and staff, including student employees, to continue working from home for the foreseeable future. We will communicate further instructions on this website as they become available.

You can also report a case by calling (773) 325-3300 between 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week.

Please note that the privacy and anonymity of employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 and those who may be part of a contact tracing investigation will be maintained.
