Update on Department of Education's Title IX policy changes

DePaul is implementing changes in light of the Department of Education's previously announced regulations directing schools to implement procedures to redress Title IX-based reports of sexual harassment and sexual assault. In response to the DOE's deadline, an interim addition to DePaul policies and procedures went into effect on Aug. 14.
