Celebrate Lunar New Year with DePaul

In celebration of the Year of the Tiger, DePaul will host its annual Lunar New Year festival on Feb. 8 and 9. All members of the university community are welcome to enjoy live performances and cultural activities.

As the Search Advisory Committee progressed its work last week, a slate of four finalist candidates was approved to advance to finalist interviews. However, in the past 48 hours, two of the finalists informed us they are unable to advance to the next stage due to personal considerations.

Dan Allen named President of LaSalle University

LaSalle University has appointed Daniel J. Allen, Ph.D., DePaul senior vice president for Advancement and External Relations, as its 30th president, effective April 18, 2022. Allen has led DePaul's advancement division since July 2018 and last year was named senior vice president for advancement and external relations.
