PRNEWS and PRWeek recently recognized DePaul's College of Communication as an outstanding education choice for students pursuing careers in public relations and marketing communications. DePaul is one of 40 institutions named on the PRNEWS 2022 Education A-List.

Not only are residence halls a place students can call home, they also can be a source of engagement and community building outside of the classroom. At the helm of DePaul's on-campus residence halls is Rod Waters, the director of residential education.
As the Search Advisory Committee progressed its work last week, a slate of four finalist candidates was approved to advance to finalist interviews. However, in the past 48 hours, two of the finalists informed us they are unable to advance to the next stage due to personal considerations.
LaSalle University has appointed Daniel J. Allen, Ph.D., DePaul senior vice president for Advancement and External Relations, as its 30th president, effective April 18, 2022. Allen has led DePaul's advancement division since July 2018 and last year was named senior vice president for advancement and external relations.
