Margaret Storey named Illinois Mother of the Year

​In recognition of her work in the community and at home, Margaret Storey was named the 2020 Illinois Mother of the Year, becoming the 70th woman in Illinois history to receive the honor. She is now on the ballot for National Mother of the Year, which will be announced later this spring.

First Confirmed Case of COVID-19 at DePaul University

​On March 17, DePaul received notification from a faculty member who works in 1150 W. Fullerton Ave. that they tested positive for COVID-19. For precautions and safety of the community, the building at 1150 W. Fullerton Ave. closed on March 18 to allow for cleaning. The faculty member is self-quarantining off campus, in accordance with Chicago Department of Public Health and CDC guidance.
