$20M gift establishes The Grace School of Applied Diplomacy

DePaul has received a $20 million gift from anonymous benefactors to establish The Grace School of Applied Diplomacy, which is designed to transform the landscape of diplomacy by empowering a diverse generation of diplomats from a wide range of professions with the education and skills needed to develop solutions to society's most vexing challenges.​

Meet Ben Raanan: Adapting theatre for differently-abled persons

The struggle for recognition, acceptance and support resonates with people around the world. Issues involving stigmas and minority groups are being tackled in unprecedented ways. Ben Raanan, a graduate student in The Theatre School pursuing an MFA in directing and 2019 Newman Civic Fellow, has joined the fight and is challenging the traditional setting of a theatre by adapting it to accommodate differently-abled persons.​
