Vendor and volunteer vaccine compliance

In compliance with Gov. Pritzker’s Executive Order, starting Sept. 20, vendors and others who provide services to DePaul must be vaccinated for COVID-19 or meet other requirements. DePaul departments and areas are responsible for collecting the compliance forms.
