Depaul USA, a national homeless services nonprofit based in Chicago, affiliated with Depaul International Group and part of the Vincentian Family, is expanding its support for homeless students attending DePaul University and City Colleges of Chicago by opening a seven-apartment, 20-bed home in the Budlong Woods neighborhood.​

Each year, 20 DePaul faculty and staff participate in the Public Voices Thought Leadership Fellowship in partnership with the OpEd Project, learning how to communicate ideas to a broad audience, with the aim of informing and influencing important social and political conversations. This year's cohort represents the most diverse set of disciplines and areas of expertise, says Craig Klugman, faculty co-coordinator of the OpEd Project at DePaul.​

BlueStar advising tool changes coming soon

A 1980s activist campaign that sought to educate North Americans and protest U.S. military interventions will be the focus of DePaul Art Museum's upcoming exhibition "Art for the Future: Artists Call and Central American Solidarities." The exhibition, on loan from Tufts University Art Galleries, opens March 23 and will be on view through Aug. 6.​

DePaul's milestone week marks 125 years of lifelong learning and Vincentian values

February 3, 2023

​DePaul marked its 125th anniversary with a whirlwind week of activities for the university community. From proclaiming DePaul Day in Chicago, to lighting up the skyline red and blue, to raising more than $7 million for students, to cheering on the Blue Demons in a sold-out Wintrust Arena — the week's events celebrated a history of lifelong learning and Vincentian values while looking ahead to designing DePaul's future for generations to come.
