11.9 - Getting Ready for BlueSky

Dear DePaul Faculty and Staff,

As we continue preparations to transition DePaul’s human resources and finance applications from PeopleSoft to BlueSky—we want to make sure that all employees are ready! Below are resources and reminders that are important for every employee at DePaul.

Attend a BlueSky Drop-In Session and Ask Questions
We also invite you to an upcoming virtual BlueSky Drop-in Session if you have any questions. The next one is this Wednesday from 1:30-2:30 p.m.; click here for details about these sessions. 

What You Need to Do Now
To prepare for the successful transition of data, we will be putting certain human resources and financial transactions on hold this December while we switch systems. Every employee at DePaul will need to take action in preparation for some of the transactions that will be on hold. We hope that you were able to read through the email that we sent you last week with these upcoming deadlines that will affect you. If you did not get a chance to read that email, click here for a copy of it to read about what actions you need to take now.

Information about training and virtual labs that will be offered in November and December will be coming out soon—so be on the lookout! In the meantime, you can always find information about BlueSky at bluesky.depaul.edu.
