Headquartered in Chicago, Pontarelli is a chauffeured ground transportation company serving worldwide since 1977. We excel at transporting individuals to large groups up-to-and-over 3,000 people. Catering to all ground transportation needs on a world-class level, our clients use us on a predetermined route, as directed, or ASAP. We are owner-operated which means that we employ our own chauffeurs and we own our own fleet of vehicles. Compared to a company that may independently contract their chauffeurs and/or vehicles, this method allows us to keep our standards high and the product we serve to be evenly distributed every time. Since we are a family business, our reputation derives from a very high-level of customer service with a "family first" mentality.
