DePaul will be sunsetting its CRM email messaging system in the coming months and shifting to a self-service email platform in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Email senders who used to contact the CRM administrator to send a message will soon have the ability to create and send their own messages Marketing Cloud system.
The new Salesforce Marketing Cloud is more of a self-service system, so email senders are encouraged to get training and begin sending their own messages. For members of the DePaul community who regularly communicate through the current CRM email system, you are encouraged to reach out and get training for the new Marketing Cloud self-service email messaging application.
