Informational Sessions for New DXA Intake Form

Hello SharePoint Site Owners,

As senior leadership has shared, the Digital Experience & Analysis (DXA) team will have reduced capacity to support day-to-day web maintenance tasks as we raise our level of effort to support the Digital Transformation project.

To operate more efficiently now and prepare for processes after this project has wrapped, DXA has implemented a new intake form that will replace the Help Desk/ServiceNow process for SharePoint-related updates DXA supports. You can access the new form at this link

Our goal with this new form is to manage and prioritize requests more effectively. We want to ensure that we can offer solutions that both meet your needs and align with the goals of our Digital Transformation.

To help aid in this transition, we are planning two hybrid information sessions with site owners to review the new intake process and answer any questions you may have.

If your schedule allows, we would love to get reacquainted in person, but a Zoom option will also be available. If you are unable to attend, please consider sending another SharePoint contributor in your place.

Session Details
We are holding one session per campus, but both are open to everyone planning to attend:
  • Loop: Wednesday, September 11 @ 10:00-11:15am
  • Lincoln Park: Wednesday, September 18 @ 10:00-11:15am
We will distribute invites for both sessions shortly. Please plan to attend whichever session fits your schedule best. If you cannot attend, we will distribute meeting notes, session recordings, and work with you on any subsequent questions.

Your use of this form will improve our overall efficiency, communication, and workflow. We appreciate your partnership in accommodating these changes, which will help ensure we’re able to successfully realize the bold vision set forth in Designing DePaul.

Thank you, and we look forward to these conversations!
