Presentation & Professional Development Requests

To host a cultural event and have the costs covered by the Office of Institutional Diversity & Equity, view funding resources at the Office of Institutional Diversity and Equity. Completing this form will have your event considered for the President's Signature Series, MLK Celebration Awards, General Diversity Programming, or Student Diversity Programming. Indicate the initiative to which you are applying in the "Event Purpose" section of your proposal.

Dealing with Harassment & Discrimination

To report sexual harassment, contact the Office of Gender Equity (Title IX) within Student Affairs at 773-325-7290.
To report any other harassment, contact an an Employee Relations & Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) representative. You can also report the circumstances by completing the Complaint Form for Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation and sending it to eeo_investigations@depaul.edu.
