Established in 2019, JIAO is the first restaurant in the United States to offer authentic soup dumplings through a fast-food model. JIAO, which is also the pronunciation of dumpling in Chinese, shares the same family recipe of its sister restaurant, Qing Xiang Yuan Dumplings, one of the most popular dumpling restaurants in Chicago.
