This fall, Newsline will highlight all recently promoted and tenured DePaul faculty members. This issue features faculty from the College of Law.

Monu Bedi
Monu Bedi, promoted to full professor

Monu Bedi is a professor of law at DePaul, whose courses focus on criminal law and procedure, as well as military law. Of his accomplishments at the university, he is most proud to be the faculty director of DePaul’s Masters of Jurisprudence degree for Chicago Police Officers. Now in its third year, the program is designed for police officers to further their careers within the department and beyond. 


Wendy Epstein, promoted to full professor with tenure
Wendy Epstein


Wendy Epstein is a professor of law and faculty director of the Mary and Michael Jaharis Health Law Institute at DePaul. Her teaching and research interests focus on health care law and policy, contracts and commercial law. Epstein’s favorite thing about being part of the DePaul community is how the university brings together students, faculty and staff from richly diverse backgrounds, creating an environment where everyone can learn from one another.  

Mark Moller

Mark Moller, promoted to full professor

Mark Moller is a professor of law who teaches in the areas of civil procedure, complex litigation, conflict of laws and legal ethics. Of his accomplishments at DePaul, he is most proud to be part of a faculty team dedicated to building one of the most rigorous and innovative law programs in Chicago.
