The DePaul community should Take Care, DePaul and get a seasonal influenza vaccination this fall. This year, it is more important than ever to help protect the people around you from contracting the flu and to help reduce the strain on healthcare systems responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention suggests everyone over the age of six months should get the seasonal flu shot. It's especially critical for people over 65, young children, pregnant women and people with certain health conditions, such as heart disease, asthma and diabetes.

    Reminders

During this challenging time, it is critical that every member of the DePaul community be extra cautious and Take Care, DePaul. Please continue to practice social distancing, wear a face covering, wash your hands or use sanitizer often, and when coming to campus, use the #CampusClear app.

Most importantly, if you feel sick or show signs of an illness, please stay home. That way you can get better faster while at the same time protecting the community.

For more information, please visit DePaul's Fall 2020 website, and be sure to watch and commit to DePaul's Health & Safety pledge.

Thank you for taking care of each other. We're all in this together.
