Don't miss Innovation Day 2021

Innovation Day
The second annual DePaul Innovation Day, “Leveraging Our Strengths, A Path to Transformation," is planned for Friday, Jan. 22, from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. All full and part-time faculty and staff are invited to RSVP for this year's virtual event. RSVPs are due by Jan. 19.

Beyond an opportunity to learn about innovative initiatives at DePaul, the program is designed to encourage more individuals to turn their ideas into projects. DePaul President A. Gabriel Esteban and Interim Provost Salma Ghanem will open the day with remarks, followed by presentations of projects funded by the Academic Growth Initiative Fund and DePaul's University Research Council, Quality of Instruction Council, Public Service Councils.

The event also will feature panel discussions on the Teacher-Scholar model and leveraging partnerships across disciplines. The full agenda is available online.

Registrants will receive an email with Zoom Webinar link the night before the event. Due to the virtual nature of the event, attendees are encouraged to attend all or part of the event as schedules allow. The Zoom webinar format will allow attendees to join the event throughout the day.

Visit the DePaul Grants Webpage to learn more about funding opportunities.

This event is sponsored and organized by the Office of the Provost, the Office of Research Services and the Office of Academic Events.
