Earlier this month, Misty Johanson, dean for the College of Business, announced Lisa Gundry will be the interim chair of the college's Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, effective July 1.
Gundry earned her Ph.D. in organization theory from Northwestern University, and has been a member of the DePaul business faculty for 30 years. Her leadership experience includes serving as faculty director of the Master of Science in Entrepreneurship program, and she was the director of the Center for Creativity and Innovation for 18 years until its merger with the Coleman Entrepreneurship Center in 2017. In addition to teaching courses that focus on innovation and entrepreneurship, she conducts research, provides consultation and is a frequent speaker in the business community.
