Erich Dierdorff

Erich Dierdorff, promoted to full professor

Erich Dierdorff is a professor of management whose research interests include business school curricular challenges, improving the effectiveness of individual- and team-level learning, work design and performance effectiveness.​ This academic year, Dierdorff looks forward to delivering a new course that focuses in part on how to detect "baloney" when it comes to big data, analytics and claims of evidence in business, media and society.






Grace Lemmon


Grace Lemmon, promoted to associate professor with tenure

Grace Lemmon is an associate professor of management and faculty director of the management honors program at DePaul. Her research focuses on the intersection between work-life balance and employee engagement. Her favorite aspect of the DePaul community is that no matter how different the members of the community are, she can always find a kindred spirit. 









William Martin


William "Marty" Martin, promoted to full professor

William "Marty" Martin is a professor of management and faculty director of DePaul's MS in human resources program. He is a licensed clinical psychologist who focuses on business ethics, healthcare management, disruptive behavior, and entrepreneurship. Of his accomplishments during his time at DePaul, Martin is most proud of his collaboration across colleges, including the dual degree programs he codeveloped - MBA/MA in Health Communication and the MBA/MPH.
