DePaul University Vaccination Day at Cook County
This Thursday, get your COVID-19 vaccine and wear DePaul blue for the DePaul University Vaccination Day at Cook County Health's suburban mass vaccination sites.

Cook County Health is partnering with DePaul to offer the COVID-19 vaccine on May 6 to DePaul faculty, staff, students and their families. Individuals or groups interested in getting a vaccine can simply show up between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. and register onsite at the following locations:

  • Tinley Park, 18451 Convention Center Drive  (Moderna and Johnson & Johnson, age 18+)
  • Matteson, 4647 Promenade Way  (Pfizer, age 16+), 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
  • River Grove, Triton College, 2000 5th Avenue  (Pfizer, age 16+)
  • South Holland, South Suburban College, 15800 State Street  (Pfizer, age 16+)
  • Des Plaines, 1155 East Oakton Street  (Pfizer, age 16+)
  • Forest Park, 7630 West Roosevelt Road  (Pfizer, age 16+)

The Pfizer vaccine is the only vaccine currently approved for 16- and 17-year-olds. As such, it is important for these individuals to walk-in or make an appointment at a Pfizer site. Individuals ages 16 and 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are offered at the Tinley Park location to those age 18+. Individuals can choose which shot they prefer to receive.

Individuals can still make appointments at vaccine.cookcountyil.gov or by calling (833) 308-1988, Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.

DePaul Vaccination Day is a great way for our community to show our school spirit while we take part in keeping ourselves and everyone around us safe. Be sure to wear blue!
