Nearly 1,100 members and 27 chapters make up the fraternity and sorority community at DePaul. Each chapter offers the opportunity to meet new friends, participate in service and social events, and attend local and national leadership programs.
Interfraternity Council
The
Interfraternity Council is the local governing body for seven affiliated fraternities, and it strives to promote excellence in all aspects of fraternity life.
The IFC will host recruitment Sept. 16-26. Information sessions about the recruitment process and the interfraternal community will take place on Sept. 9, 14 and 15.

Multicultural Greek Council
The
Multicultural Greek Council is the governing body for eight culturally based fraternities and sororities, including Latinx and APIDA (Asian Pacific Islander Desi American) chapters. They develop programming to unify community, promote higher education, provide service opportunities and enhance leadership skills.
The MGC will host an information session on Wednesday, Sept. 8, and a Meet and Greet on Tuesday, Sept. 14, at 7 p.m. to learn more about the organizations. Complete an

National Pan-Hellenic Council
The
National Pan-Hellenic Council, also known as the Divine Nine, comprises the historically African American fraternities and sororities. DePaul has four such organizations.
The NPHC will host an information session on Wednesday, Sept. 8, and a Meet and Greet on Wednesday, Sept. 15, at 7 p.m. to meet members and learn more about the chapters. Complete

Panhellenic Council
The
Panhellenic Council governs the eight National Panhellenic Conference sororities on campus, creating a sisterhood of more than 700 members.
The PHC will host recruitment Sept. 22-26. Information sessions about the recruitment process and the Panhellenic community will take place on Sept. 9, 14 and 16. A full schedule of events
is online. There is a $25 fee for the recruitment process;
complete the application online.
