Springtime on DePaul's campus
At the start of spring quarter, be sure to review these three helpful reminders before coming to campus to help stop the spread of COVID-19. (DePaul University/Jeff Carrion)

To safely kick off 2021's spring quarter, DePaul wants to remind the community about three important guidelines. This is especially important for those who traveled over spring break.

While many have received or are scheduled to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, it is still imperative the DePaul community remain vigilant to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

  • Review Chicago's Emergency Travel Order: If you traveled outside Illinois for spring break or are returning to campus from another state for spring quarter, check Chicago's Emergency Travel Order. Traveling to and from designated states requires a negative COVID-19 test result no more than 72 hours prior to arrival in Chicago or a 10-day quarantine. As of March 23, 2021, Michigan and Minnesota were added to the order's list of designated states.
  • Always wear a mask on campus: Everyone is required to wear a mask over their nose and mouth at all times while on DePaul grounds.
  • Use the #CampusClear app each time you come to campus: DePaul requires everyone to complete the short #CampusClear questionnaire each time they prepare to come to campus. For more information, visit Newsline.
Please note even if you are fully vaccinated, you are still required to wear a mask on campus grounds, complete the #CampusClear questionnaire and comply with the city's Travel Order guidelines.
