Academic Advising at DePaul helps students achieve their educational, personal, and career goals by providing guidance and assistance in the decision-making process.

The DePaul Academic Advising Network (DAAN) seeks to provide a centralized space for faculty, staff and students, as well as non-DePaul affiliated individuals and organizations, to better understand the advising systems in place at DePaul University and get to know our approach to advising.

We are always seeking new ways to provide information to students that will enable them to find answers to their questions and understand how to navigate the university. Please contact us if you have any questions or suggestions.

We are excited to share with you the 2022 Gerald Paetsch Academic Advising Award winners. This award recognizes members of the DePaul University community who demonstrate excellence in advising undergraduate and graduate students. Please join us in applauding these excellent advisors!
