External Entities

​​​​​​​​ External entities using DePaul University facilities should register events attended by children under the age of 18 (Minors) at least four weeks before the date of the event.

All information and documents are required at the time of registration. For assistance in the registration process, please refer to the following list of information.

• Proof of Criminal and Sex Offender Registry background checks completed and passed within the past four years for all Authorized Adults.​
• Verification of training (DCFS certification​ or comparable) within the past year for all Authorized Adults.
• All Authorized Adults must agree to abide by the Code of Conduct.
