DePaul Art Museum is proud to have had works from our collection featured at notable institutions across the world, such as the Art Institute of Chicago and Foundazione Prada, Milan. If your organization would like to borrow artworks from our collection for exhibition, please contact DPAM Associate Director Laura-Caroline de Lara (laura-caroline.johnson@depaul.edu). You must include a formal letter of request to our director describing your exhibition, the work or list of works to be considered, as well as a facility report for your institution. Our loan fee is currently $100 per loaned object and loan requests must be submitted at least 8 months in advance of the requested loan date.
Image reproduction requests should also be sent to Laura-Caroline and include information on your publication or article, as well as the image request. Image reproduction fees are waived, unless extra photography is required, in which case there is a $50 administrative fee.
