A new Designing DePaul Initiatives website has been launched to keep staff, students, faculty, and administration up to date on progress aligned with the Designing DePaul framework. Each of the five initiatives has a dedicated page on the site featuring a visual timeline, recent updates, and related events and milestones.

Progress will be updated regularly, so bookmark this page and be sure to visit it often. If you missed it, during the week of October 2, new messages from Bob Wachowski, director of Public Safety, and Jose Perales, interim vice president of the Office of Institutional Diversity and Equity, were sent to the university community and then added to the page. In addition to the new Designing DePaul Initiatives website, a new Leadership Notes web page features messages sent by DePaul leaders to the university community.

“I am committed to sharing frequent and transparent communications as we navigate this important journey,” Manuel says. “You can expect to hear from DePaul leaders regularly as we share our progress with you. I am both thankful and excited to work together on re-imagining DePaul.”

Manuel also plans to introduce a website dedicated to the DePaul Budget Blueprint, which will feature historical data about DePaul’s financial landscape, current budget information, and trends in higher education across the United States. It will also outline the process DePaul followed to balance the budget for Fiscal Year 2024. More information will be shared soon.
