While the university is set to close Dec. 21-Jan. 1, the DePaul men’s and women’s basketball teams are scheduled to play four games over the holiday break, including BIG EAST Conference contests for both teams.
On Dec. 22, the men’s team hosts its final non-conference opponent in Boston College and opens league play against Xavier on Dec. 29. Heading into the end of its non-conference slate the Blue Demons boast a perfect 6-0 record at Wintrust Arena.
The nationally ranked women’s team begins BIG EAST play during the break; welcoming Creighton and Providence for a pair of games on Dec. 29 and 31, respectively.
