SCPS student named 2019 Adult Learner of the Year

Earlier this fall, the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning named Caprice Morales as its 2019 Adult Learner of the Year. Morales is a student in DePaul’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Morales, whose academic work at DePaul focuses on urban family science, received the recognition at the organization's 2019 conference held in November.

Founded in 1974, the CAEL is a nonprofit organization that aims to enhance learning opportunities and workforce development for adults around the world. The organization works with government, business, labor and higher education partners to address skill development and promote individual growth.
