Far-reaching Campus Connect downtime set for Sunday

Information Services will perform critical network maintenance in the university's primary data center on Sunday, July 26, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. During this time, many university services and systems will be offline and unavailable.   

Notable impacted systems include: 

  • Campus Connect 
  • PeopleSoft HR, Finance, and CRM systems 
  • ImageNow 
  • U: and W: drives and webdrive.depaul.edu 
  • S Drive 
  • Apporto Virtual Lab 
  • RDS Virtual Lab 
  • Any software that requires license server to be available
  • All server- based printing 

 We do not expect the maintenance to cause disruption or downtime for many other systems, including: 

  • DePaul's Microsoft Exchange email system 
  • Microsoft OneDrive, Teams, and other 365 Services 
  • Zoom 
  • D2L Learning Management System 
  • University WiFi and internet access 
  • University phone system 
  • Sharepoint websites and team sites
