Humanities Center announces 2021-23 fellows

The DePaul Humanities Center has announced its 2021-23 Fellows. The DHC Fellows program supports the development, communication and cross-fertilization of arts and humanities research at DePaul. The program also fosters active intellectual exchange both within and outside the university.

Congratulations to this year's fellows:

Ted Anton, a professor in the Department of English
Project title: “Programmed Planet: The Synthetic Biology Revolution"

Anuradha Rana, an associate professor in the School of Cinematic Arts
Project title: “Language of Opportunity"

Fanny Söderbäck, an associate professor and director of teaching practicum in the Department of Philosophy
Project title: “Vulnerability and Singularity in Pandemic Times"

Applications for the 2022-24 round of fellows will be accepted beginning in September. All full-time tenured and tenure-track faculty pursuing research in the arts and humanities are welcome to apply. Applications must be made by Dec. 6.​
