After a dominating weekend that saw both DePaul esports teams go undefeated in the opening round of the BIG EAST Esports Invitational, the Blue Demons will be back in action this Saturday and Sunday as the No. 1 seed for the semifinals of both the League of Legends and Rocket League tournaments.

The League of Legends semifinal match gets underway at 10 a.m. Saturday, with the finals set for 4 p.m. The Rocket League semifinals are scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. Sunday, with the finals slated for 5 p.m.

Rocket League games, which ends when one team has won three of five matches, can last anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes. League of Legends matches are usually 30 to 45 minutes each, with one team needing to win two of three matches to claim victory.

League of Legends is a multiplayer online battle arena game with five players per team. Rocket League combines soccer with driving in another multiplayer game with three players per team.

The DePaul community is invited to check out the action at a viewing party in the Lincoln Park Student Center's Demon Den at 4 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. For those that can't make it to the Loop, all six games will be broadcasted on twitch.tv/depaulesports and by the BIG EAST Conference through twitch.tv/esl_lol and twitch.tv/esl_rocketleague.
