Croak Community Legal Clinic to host series on evictions, unemployment

​​Beginning Oct. 30, the College of Law's Croak Community Legal Clinic will present a three-part webinar series, “Evictions & Unemployment: Know Your Rights During COVID-19." All members of the university community are welcome to RSVP and attend.

COVID-19 has caused major disruptions to the economy, leading to staggering unemployment rates and exacerbating the affordable housing crisis. The laws regarding evictions and unemployment benefits are evolving in response to this crisis. 

Law students from DePaul will help attendees understand the impact of these changes on tenants, landlords and workers seeking unemployment benefits.
