On Dec. 4, the Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities, located in Washington, D.C., announced its selection of the Rev. Dennis Holtschneider, C.M., as its next president.
Father Holtschneider, former president of DePaul, will take on the new role in 2019. He will step down from his position as executive vice president and chief operations officer for Ascension, the world’s largest Catholic health system. However, while president of the ACCU, he will remain chancellor of DePaul University.
