COVID-19 did not stop DePaul's Blue Demons from dancing for a cause. On Saturday, April 10, the 2021 hybrid DemonTHON hit this year's goal by raising more than $75,000 for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago.

Approximately 25 dedicated students from the 2021 DemonTHON management team spent four hours in the Lincoln Park Student Center dancing “For the Kids" while socially-distanced. Many more students and special guests joined the dance marathon remotely via Zoom.

This year marked DemonTHON's 10th anniversary at DePaul. Since its inception, DemonTHON has raised more than $1 million for Lurie Children's Hospital. Earlier this year, the hospital honored the student-run organization with a dedicated family room for reaching this momentous milestone.
