On Wednesday, Nov. 18, the Department of Economics will host “The Future of U.S. Healthcare: Implications of the Election." All faculty, staff and students are welcome to register and attend the free webinar. The conversation will be moderated by Stephanie Goldberg, a healthcare reporter from Crain’s Chicago Business.The 2020 election has been called the most consequential election in a generation. Healthcare is front and center among the issues being debated. This election has consequences for the $3.6 trillion health care industry. The panel will highlight the perspective of the health care industry as we hear from representatives from the health insurance, health care provider, and pharmaceutical sectors.
