To kick off the 2017-18 year, DePaul University will host the first ever Loop Block Party on Wednesday,
(DePaul University/Student Affairs) Sept. 6. As part of Welcome Week and Back to School 2017, the free event will take place from 3 to 6 p.m. in Pritzker Park, just across the street from the DePaul Center.
Open to the entire DePaul community, the block party will feature Chicago food trucks, music, a pep band, a giant inflatable Blue Demon tunnel, games, endless photo opps and more. Additionally, the first 500 students to attend will get vouchers for the food trucks.
