At the beginning of February, Mark McGreevy, the co-founder of the Institute for Global Homelessness, shared a speech at the third meeting of the Commission for Social Development within the United Nations. The meeting's theme focused on establishing and advancing strategies to eradicate poverty and achieve sustainable development across the world.

Housed at DePaul University, the IGH supports an emerging global movement to end street homelessness. As a first step toward achieving this goal, the institute is working with key global strategic partners to eradicate street homelessness in 150 cities around the world by 2030.
