Beginning of Oct. 1, faculty and staff can make requests for new or replacement computers through DePaul's ServiceNow service portal.
On this page, faculty and staff will find a list of available equipment, including a link to the application form. Requests for existing employees may only be made for out-of-warranty hardware and will require verification of warranty status. The preferred computer model is a Dell Latitude laptop.
Requests for an Apple MacBook Pro or a Microsoft Surface Pro will require additional review and executive approval; possibly increasing fulfillment time.
Upon approval of the computer request, a verification email will be sent, followed by later communication to coordinate pickup of the new computer.
