Women: Waves of Change." The project commemorates the 100th anniversary of women's suffrage by spotlighting women who have played a pivotal role in Naperville's past and present.
Naper Settlement highlights Simonovich for her work as a health disparities researcher and dedication to helping at-risk maternal populations, addressing food insecurity and recognizing the experiences of nurses on the frontline of the COVID-19 pandemic.Founded in 1969, Naper Settlement is a 12-acre outdoor history museum accredited by the American Alliance of Museums. The organization aims to foster a sense of community by connecting visitors to Naperville's history through engaging experiences.
