The Steans Center’s 2018-19 Community-based Service Learning Series will wrap up the fall quarter with workshop number five, “Best Practices in Assessment for Community-based Service Learning,” on Dec. 6 and 7.
All faculty and staff are invited to attend. RSVPs are due by Monday, Dec. 3.The workshop will provide an opportunity for instructors to learn the beginning stages of the assessment and evaluation process for Community-based Service Learning Courses. This workshop can be taken individually, or as the final workshop in the CBSL Certificate Program. Lunch will be provided.

The Steans Center also will offer workshop one-five on an intensive schedule this December. The two-day learning event will cover all five of the Community-based Service Learning Workshops offered in the fall 2018 quarter. Faculty and staff are invited to attend the series, or attend individual workshops within the series.
