Faculty and staff: 'Teaching with the Museum' happy hour

The Office for Teaching, Learning and Assessment and the University Center for Writing-based Learning invite faculty and staff to the "Teaching with the Museum" happy hour on Thursday, Feb. 15. The event is free and open to all faculty and staff.

Hosted at the DePaul Art Museum, the event will allow attendees to tour the galleries, discover how exhibits can be explored thematically and through various pedagogies, and hear from faculty who have used the art museum as a site for learning.

Additionally, attendees can chat with staff from the University Center for Writing-based Learning about developing art-based writing assignments, and hear from employees who have benefitted from the Teaching and Learning Certificate Program.
