DePaul returns to the Art Institute of Chicago for fall afternoon of special programming
(DePaul University/Randall Spriggs)

Thanks to a continued partnership between DePaul and the Art Institute of Chicago, faculty, staff and students are invited to an afternoon of special programming this fall. Set for Friday, Sept. 30, from 2 – 5 p.m., university members can attend a tailored DePaul program of in-gallery talks and other activities.

The Art Institute of Chicago has more than 300,000 pieces of art, including the famous "American Gothic" painting by Grant Wood and "Stacks of Wheat" series by Claude Monet. In addition to its permanent displays, the museum hosts 30 rotating exhibitions and hundreds of gallery talks and performances each year. DePaul faculty, staff and students receive free entry to the museum with a valid DePaul ID.
